Do I need a Credit card, place my order?

• No you do not need a credit card to place an order. All you need to provide is your full name, address and 2 valid contact numbers to complete your order.

Can I pay via Credit Card/Paypal ?

We currently do not accept Credit card/ paypal in our website. Credit cards are accepted in Store Only.

I received my order and the outfit does not fit can i exchange it?

• Yes of course you can! You can exchange it for anything of equal value within 7 business days of receipt. Exchange can be done in store at no cost or be exchanged using the delivery service (additonal delivery fee will apply).

How long does delivery take?

• Cash/ Linx on Delivery takes 1-3 days after confirmation of order. For ttpost delivery, takes 1-2 within Trinidad and 2 days to Tobago.

I will like to pick up my order in store, can you reserve the items for me ?

• We can reserve items, but they will have to be paid for in full. You can make a payment via online bank transfer/bank deposit/paywise.
